Pricing structure
Our pricing is tailored on a case-by-case basis, ensuring exceptional value compared to other services in the market. A refundable initial search deposit of £150 is required to commence the property search. This fee covers up to five hours of search time and will be deducted from the final invoice upon successful completion. Additional search time beyond the initial allocation is charged at our standard hourly rate of £35.
Further information
Following this stage, viewings are charged at £40 each, with minimal travel costs applied separately. Upon successful completion and signing of your new home, we apply a proportionate fee of your first 12 months’ rent, ranging from 15-20% depending on location.

Additional services explained
Additional services are available upon request and are charged separately from our standard pricing structure. For instance, our in-house referencing checks are offered significantly lower than the market average. This enables us to fast-track your application and strengthen your position against competing tenants. In London’s highly competitive rental market, services such as these can be a decisive advantage.
We also provide documentation analysis and review, ensuring your tenancy agreement is accurate, compliant, and free from oversights, giving you complete confidence before signing. If there are additional measures we can take to assist you throughout the process, simply raise them during your consultation, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
